KING STREET HAVEN

King Street Haven is a privately funded two stage Crisis Accommodation property acquisition and development initiative using a combination of debt and guarantees contributed by businesses and individuals as well as a portfolio of rental properties.

Stage 1 - Is currently underway and a number of properties have been acquired in the above manner. We are still looking for further interest from businesses and individuals to provide guarantees, and landlords to rent properties from

Stage 2 - is a 450 bed Integrated Crisis Accommodation Reception Centre. Our new reception clients will be housed here before being transferred to the houses acquired in Stage 1. The Stage 2 site has been sourced and schematic designs are complete as well as consultants selected. Council approval is the next component of this stage.
